RIVERIA NEWZ
While visiting a friend in the South of France this summer, I sunbathed on several beaches. I noticed a big change on the beaches from my past visits. None of the younger women were sunbathing topless as was the custom in the past. Questioning my friends that live on the Cote d'azur, they said only the older generation still sunbathes topless. Which seemed to be my experience while relaxing in the sun. Is it the fear of skin cancer that is prevalent in the media or is the younger generation used to sexting their private bits and it is no longer necessasry to sun bathe topless?
I am sure that is quite disappointing to many American tourist.
Also, the younger generation is drinking beer and cocktails instead of the French wine. Is this the decline of the French civilization?
